PLEASE use the [SHIFT]+[M] key's, a minimap will show up on your screen. You can see where you're teammate's are, base's that are capped, as well as you're flag carrier. This should ALWAY'S be enabled in a Battleground! If you mouse over the top left corner of the map there is a tab that you can right click and unlock the map to move it around and change the opacity of the map.

There are only 5 active battleground's at this time on warsong
1) Arathi Basin
2) Battle for Gilneas
3) Twin Peaks
4) Eye of the Storm
5) Alterac Valley




---Arathi Basin---
Arathi Basin is one of the most easiest battleground's to do. I'ts really frustrating when you look on you're minimap and see all you're team mate's all over the map just PvP'ing.....The best way i know how to play and defeat the horde is to cap the stables, blacksmith, and goldmine. You have at least 2 teammate's stay at each base to defend. The rest of the group should be going from base to base that is capped to help defend them if possible. You only need to hold 3 of the 5 bases to win this battleground. If you try to cap more than 3 you are running you're team to thin and make's it easier for the horde to own you're but's

---Battle for Gilneas---
This is one of the easiest battlegrounds as well.All you need to do is cap 2 of the 3 bases and defend.Whether it be Gilneas Outpost and Mine
or Gilneas Outpost and Waterworks, just as long as you have 2 bases.Keep 2 people at each base and the rest go from one capped base to the other to help defend them.

---Twin Peaks---
This battleground if done right can be pretty rewarding. The light blue and red line show's the normal path when the battle has started on what side go's where. If you go to where the yellow X is and cut them off, and defeat them than go to where the purple X is ( the horde spawn ) and camp them while someone go's for they're flag and cap's it, you can win pretty easily. All you have to do is prevent them from escaping the spawn and farm the one's who do attempt to get away, you can run up some honor point's easily

---Eye of the Storm---
Strategies
"Two Bases and Flag"
As simple as it sounds, grab any two bases, and run the flag. The Easiest two for Alliance are Draenei Ruins and Mage Tower.
"Three Bases and Flag"
Same as the previous strategy just with 3 bases.
"Zerg"
Ahh what would any BG be without this Strategy. Well in EoTS it works like this, have 7 run to one base close to your spawn point and 8 to the other. From here have everyone move up to the bases furthest from your starting area and pawn them.If you get lucky and cap all 4 bases you can camp they're spawn while some one cap's the flag.

---Alterac Valley---everybody hate's this battleground...

Towers and bunkers are second and more important than Graveyards
This might be a controversial statement to make, but I say this because these structures can be destroyed permanently and directly affects the reinforcement count. A tower or bunker has a flag inside it which can be tagged through a 10-second channeled action. Once tagged, it will burn after two minutes. While some strategies involve yielding towers to the enemy to facilitate forward movement, it's never a bad idea to try and recapture towers to impede enemy progress.
Defend what you capture
Bunkers and towers being important, players should never leave what they capture. Just as with Arathi Basin, where it's a bad move to leave a flag unguarded, graveyards or bunkers and towers should be defended until they are captured or destroyed. Can you imagine how much of a setback it is to have a bunker with thirty or so seconds left on its timer get reclaimed by the enemy? Careless defense of tagged objectives often spells the difference in close matches.
